Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an overall score of 84.4, which is better than the Galaxy M01's overall score of 74.7. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the newer 14 version while Galaxy M01 has Android 11, so it provides some nice extra features and performance optimizations. Although the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is extremely heavier than the Galaxy M01, it's just a bit thinner and also extremely newer.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with an incredibly better looking display than Galaxy M01, because it has a bigger display, a way higher resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a lot higher display pixels density. The Galaxy M01 has a very superior CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has 9 GB lesser RAM, they both have 8 cpu cores.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a very superior camera than Galaxy M01, because it has a camera in the back with way more megapixels, a lot bigger diafragm aperture, a bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot higher 7680x4320 video definition. Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M01, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra counts with longer battery performance than Galaxy M01, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
