Xperia 1 III counts with a way better screen than Samsung Galaxy M10, because it has a way higher 1644 x 3840 resolution, a bit larger display and way more pixels per inch in the display.
The Xperia 1 III takes greater photographs and videos than Galaxy M10, because although it has a less MP resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a much larger sensor taking lot better quality pictures and videos, a bigger aperture to capture better photography and videos in low-light situations and a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
