Samsung Galaxy J8 is slightly better than Galaxy M11, with a general score of 76.7 against 74.8. These devices work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Samsung Galaxy J8 is an older cellphone than the Galaxy M11, but Samsung was able to make it a bit thinner and somewhat lighter anyway.

The Galaxy J8 shoots clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy M11, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Galaxy J8 also has a bigger aperture to take better photos in poorly lited situations, a larger sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality and a camera in the back with a higher resolution.
The Samsung Galaxy J8 features slightly more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M11, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 256 GB against 512 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Galaxy M11 has a superior battery performance than Galaxy J8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
