The Xperia XZs is just a bit better than the Galaxy M11, getting a overall score of 77.2 against 74.8. Xperia XZs's body is just a bit thinner and lighter than the Galaxy M11, even though it was released 3 years before. Xperia XZs counts with a brighter display than Galaxy M11, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1080 x 1920 and much more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Sony Xperia XZs counts with a little faster processing unit than Galaxy M11, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a higher amount of RAM.
