The Galaxy Fold is much better than the Galaxy M12, having a score of 97.6 against 80. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Fold has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version. Although the Galaxy Fold is older and somewhat heavier than the Galaxy M12, it's construction is still thinner.

Samsung Galaxy M12 and Galaxy Fold count with similar cameras, because although the Galaxy Fold has a back-facing camera with lot less megapixels, it also counts with a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a lot bigger aperture. The Galaxy Fold counts with a much greater memory to store more games and applications than Galaxy M12, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
The Galaxy M12 counts with a really longer battery duration than Galaxy Fold, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4380mAh.
