The Galaxy S20 is better than Galaxy M12, with a global score of 94.8 against 80. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version while Galaxy M12 has Android 10 version, so it provides you some nice extra features and performance optimizations. The Galaxy S20 is an older device than the Galaxy M12, but Samsung made it notably lighter and thinner anyway.

Samsung Galaxy M12 counts with a much better battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
