Samsung Galaxy M12 has a score of 80, which is a bit better than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus's 78.6 score. Both phones in this review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M12 has an older 10 version while Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has Android 8.0 Oreo version. The Samsung Galaxy M12 construction has the same thickness than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, but it is a bit heavier.
Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a bit superior CPU than Samsung Galaxy M12, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xperia XA2 Plus also has a larger amount of RAM. Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a brighter screen than Galaxy M12, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a greater pixel amount in each inch of display.
