Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M13 has newer 12 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, so it counts with a lot of extra features. The Galaxy M13 body is a lot newer and somewhat thinner than the HTC One M9's, although it's also heavier.
HTC One M9 has a processing unit that is just as good as Samsung Galaxy M13's processor, because although the HTC One M9 has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, it also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processing unit. HTC One M9 counts with a more vivid display than Galaxy M13, because although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit better count of pixels in each display inch.
HTC One M9 has just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 128 GB.
