Galaxy M13 has a general score of 81.1, which is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra's 77 overall score. The Galaxy M13 is a newer cellphone than HTC U Ultra, but it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. Galaxy M13 counts with a better processor than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy M13 also has 4 more CPU cores.
HTC U Ultra features a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M13, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution and a greater pixel density.
