Galaxy M13 is slightly better than the Moto G9 Power, getting a overall score of 81.1 against 78.6. Galaxy M13 is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat thinner and lighter than Moto G9 Power. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Galaxy M13 has a newer 12 version while Moto G9 Power has Android 10 version, so it offers a couple nice extra features.
