The Galaxy M13 is a bit better than the Galaxy Alpha, with a global score of 81.1 against 76.3. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M13 has an older 12 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. Although it's the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy M13 design is incredibly thicker and much heavier than Galaxy Alpha.
The Galaxy Alpha has a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy M13, although it has a lot smaller display, a just a bit lower pixel quantity per display inch and a way lower 1280 x 720 resolution. The Galaxy M13 has just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 counts with a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Alpha takes slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M13, although it has a way worse resolution back camera and a smaller aperture which is worse for shooting images or video in poorly lited environments.
Galaxy M13 counts with a much longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 169% larger battery size.
