Galaxy S21 Ultra has an overall score of 98.1, which is way better than the Galaxy M13's 81.1 overall score. The Galaxy S21 Ultra body is older, just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier than the Galaxy M13. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy S21 Ultra has the older 11 version while Galaxy M13 has Android 12.
