Samsung Galaxy M20 is a little bit better than Asus ROG Phone, with a score of 78.9 against 77.1. The Samsung Galaxy M20 construction is just a bit lighter but a bit thicker than the Asus ROG Phone, and both were only released with a few months difference. The Asus ROG Phone has a little bit better screen than Galaxy M20, although it has a just a little worse pixel density, a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2160 and a little bit smaller screen.
The Asus ROG Phone features just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM. The Galaxy M20 shoots much better photos and videos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and video in poorly lited environments, slower 30 fps video frame rates and a tinier sensor shooting worse quality videos and pictures, they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition.
Asus ROG Phone has a very superior storage for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage. The Galaxy M20 features greater battery duration than Asus ROG Phone, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
