Google Nexus 6 is just a bit better than the Galaxy M20, with an 81.1 score against 78.9. These phones have Android OS, but the Google Nexus 6 has the older 5.1 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10. The Google Nexus 6 is an a lot older and somewhat thicker cellphone than Galaxy M20, but Google managed to build it just a bit lighter anyway.
Google Nexus 6 has a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount per display inch and a better 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. Galaxy M20 features a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the Galaxy M20 also has a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Google Nexus 6 counts with a little faster processor than Galaxy M20, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and 4 less cpu cores (but faster), it also counts with a graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy M20 counts with a really longer battery duration than Google Nexus 6, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
The Google Nexus 6 features a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for taking photos and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same resolution back-facing camera, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
