Google Pixel 3 XL has a global score of 80.7, which is slightly better than Galaxy M20's 78.9 global score. The Google Pixel 3 XL construction is somewhat thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy M20, although both were released with only a few months difference. Google Pixel 3 XL has a little bit better display than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Google Pixel 3 XL also has a greater number of pixels per inch in the display and a better 1440 x 2960 resolution.
Galaxy M20 has a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M20 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB.
