The Galaxy M20 is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 10, getting a overall score of 78.9 against 78.9. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. The Galaxy M20 is a a little thicker cellphone than Huawei Mate 10, but both of them weight the same.
