Huawei Mate Xs is much better than the Galaxy M20, with a general score of 91.6 against 78.9. Huawei Mate Xs's design is newer, but somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier than Galaxy M20. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with just a bit better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
