The Huawei P40 Lite is slightly better than the Galaxy M20, getting a score of 79.5 against 78.9. The Huawei P40 Lite body is newer, a little thinner and a little bit lighter than Galaxy M20. These phones include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
