The Galaxy M20 is slightly better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, having a global score of 78.9 against 77. These devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy M20 has an older 10 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. Although it's the best in this comparison review, Galaxy M20's design is way older, a little heavier and thicker than Motorola Edge 40 Neo.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a brighter display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a quite worse pixel density, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Galaxy M20 has a better memory for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy M20 features a much powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has 4 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the Galaxy M20 one. Motorola Edge 40 Neo takes much clearer photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a lot larger back-facing camera sensor, a much better (4K) video resolution, a back camera with a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution and a bigger diafragm aperture.
