Motorola Edge 50 Neo is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy M20, getting a score of 81.9 against 78.9. The Motorola Edge 50 Neo design is much newer, just a bit thinner and just a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy M20. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 50 Neo has the newer 14 version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10, so it gives you a couple nice extra features and performance improvements.

Galaxy M20 features a very superior processor than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU.
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo captures a lot better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a larger aperture to take better low light captures and video, a camera in the back with a much better 50 MP resolution, a way larger sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a way higher (4K) video resolution.
The Motorola Edge 50 Neo has more storage to install applications and games than Galaxy M20, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity. The Galaxy M20 has improved battery performance than Motorola Edge 50 Neo, because it has a 16% greater battery capacity.
