The Samsung Galaxy M20 has an overall score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than the Moto G9 Power's 78.6 overall score. Despite of the fact that Samsung Galaxy M20 is older than Moto G9 Power, it's design is lighter and just a little bit thinner. These phones use the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding that.
