Galaxy A25 5G is slightly better than Galaxy M20, having a 79.9 score against 78.9. These phones work with Android OS, but Galaxy A25 5G has 14 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. Galaxy A25 5G is a much newer and a little thinner cellphone than Galaxy M20, although it is a bit heavier.
