Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A40 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M20, having a overall score of 79.6 against 78.9. These phones have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A40 has 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it gives a lot of extra features. Although Samsung Galaxy A40 and the Samsung Galaxy M20 were only released with a few months difference, Samsung Galaxy A40 is thinner and notably lighter.
The Samsung Galaxy A40 counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy A40 also counts with a just a little greater screen pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A40 has as much memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Galaxy M20 one, they have exactly the same 64 GB internal memory capacity and a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy A40 features a CPU that is very similar to the Galaxy M20 one, both of them have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 cpu cores. The Galaxy M20 features a superior battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3100mAh. Galaxy A40 takes a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition and the same video frame rate, the Galaxy A40 also has a bigger camera sensor, a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and video in low light situations and a more megapixels back facing camera.
