Galaxy M20 is slightly better than the Galaxy A70, with a global score of 78.9 against 76.9. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System). Galaxy M20 is a better device than the Galaxy A70, it must be noted that it's also somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier. Samsung Galaxy A70 has a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy A70 also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy A70 counts with a display that is very similar to Samsung Galaxy M20's screen, because although the Galaxy A70 has a just a little worse screen density, it also counts with a bit larger display and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2400px. Galaxy M20 has a little better battery duration than Samsung Galaxy A70, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
