Samsung Galaxy M20 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, having a 78.9 score against 76.3. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy M20 has the older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4 version. Even being the best in this review, the Samsung Galaxy M20 is a incredibly heavier and incredibly thicker cellphone than Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
The Galaxy Alpha has a bit better performance than Galaxy M20, because although it has a lower number of cores and 2 GB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Galaxy Alpha counts with a little more vivid display than Galaxy M20, although it has a way smaller screen, a lot lower 1280 x 720px resolution and a bit worse screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a little bit better camera than Galaxy M20, because although it has a back facing camera with a worse resolution and a smaller aperture which is worse for low light images, it also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality. Samsung Galaxy M20 has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy M20 counts with a much better battery duration than Galaxy Alpha, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
