The Samsung Galaxy M20 has an overall score of 78.9, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy C7's 77.7 global score. The Samsung Galaxy M20 design is notably newer, but way thicker and just a little bit heavier than Samsung Galaxy C7. These phones use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M20 has the previous 10 version while Samsung Galaxy C7 has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
Galaxy M20 has a slightly better screen than Galaxy C7, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2340, a quite better pixels density and a little bit bigger display.
