The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is much better than the Galaxy M20's global score of 78.9. These devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a more recent 13 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is newer and just a bit thinner than the Galaxy M20's, but it's also somewhat heavier.
