Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a global score of 79.3, which is a bit better than Galaxy M20's overall score of 78.9. Both phones we compare here include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has the older 5.1 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is an incredibly older cellphone than Galaxy M20, but it is thinner and a little lighter anyway.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a higher count of pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy M20 also has a larger number of cores (although they are slower).

The Galaxy Note 5 captures better pictures and videos than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same aperture, the Galaxy Note 5 also has a way better 3840x2160 video resolution, a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality and a higher 16 MP resolution camera in the back. The Galaxy M20 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have equal internal memory, the Galaxy M20 also has an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.

Samsung Galaxy M20 counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy Note 5, because it has a 67 percent bigger battery capacity.
