Galaxy M20 has a score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than Galaxy Note3's 77.7 score. Galaxy M20 is a much newer device than the Galaxy Note3, although it's a bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M20 has the previous 10 version and Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
Samsung Galaxy Note3 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy M20, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and less RAM. Galaxy M20 features a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note3, because it has a quite better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, a little more pixels per inch in the display and a little bigger screen.
Galaxy M20 features a very superior storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note3, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy M20 also has a SD extension slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M20 has a much better battery performance than Galaxy Note3, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
Galaxy Note3 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for taking images and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the Galaxy Note3 also counts with a larger camera sensor providing a higher image quality and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
