The Galaxy Note8 is just a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy M20, having a global score of 83 against 78.9. Galaxy Note8 is an older and just a little bit heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy M20, but Samsung was able to build it just a little thinner anyway. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note8 has newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10, providing the user some extra features and performance improvements.

The Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note8 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy Note8 also has a higher 1440 x 2960 resolution and a higher display density.

Galaxy M20 counts with just a bit bigger memory to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Note8, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the Galaxy M20 also has a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 512 GB. The Samsung Galaxy M20 features a much longer battery duration than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

The Galaxy Note8 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has a lower resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor which provides a higher photo and video quality, a larger aperture to capture better captures and video in low light environments and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
