Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is way better than Galaxy M20's global score of 78.9. Galaxy S20's body is newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy M20. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
