Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is way better than Galaxy M20's global score of 78.9. Galaxy S20's body is newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than the Galaxy M20. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 has 13 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features.
Galaxy S20 features a better screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better pixel count per inch in the screen and a higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Galaxy S20 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 also has more RAM.
Galaxy S20 counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Galaxy M20, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a SD memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
