The Galaxy S20 FE has a global score of 90.8, which is much better than Galaxy M20's overall score of 78.9. These phones use Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 FE has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user some nice extra features and increased performance. Galaxy S20 FE's construction is newer and a bit thinner than Galaxy M20's, but it's a little heavier.
Galaxy S20 FE counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a little bit lower pixel count per inch in the display, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher 1080 x 2400 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE features a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE also has a larger amount of RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy S20 FE counts with a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy M20, because it has 128 GB internal memory capacity and an external memory slot that allows up to 1000 GB. Galaxy M20 counts with a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy S20 FE, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
