Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy S25 has an overall score of 82.6, which is a bit better than Galaxy M20's 78.9 general score. The Samsung Galaxy S25 is a noticeably lighter and a lot thinner device than the Galaxy M20. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy S25 has newer 14 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version.
The Galaxy S25 has a lot better screen than Galaxy M20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Galaxy S25 also counts with a just a bit greater count of pixels per display inch. Samsung Galaxy M20 has a better storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S25, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy M20 features a much powerful CPU than Galaxy S25, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. Galaxy S25 features a very superior camera than Galaxy M20, because it has a much bigger sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures, a back facing camera with much more mega pixels, a much higher 7680x4320 video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture.
Galaxy M20 counts with improved battery performance than Galaxy S25, because it has a 25 percent bigger battery capacity.
