The Galaxy M20 has a general score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than Galaxy S5 Plus's 78.1 general score. Even though the Galaxy M20 is a lot newer than the Galaxy S5 Plus, it's notably heavier and a little thicker. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M20 has older 10 version while Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2.
