Comparison review
The Xperia 1 has an overall score of 82.6, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy M20's general score of 78.9. Even though Xperia 1 and Samsung Galaxy M20 were released only 4 months apart, Xperia 1 is just a bit thinner and just a little lighter. The Xperia 1 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a much higher 1644 x 3840 resolution, a little bit bigger screen and a lot more pixels per inch of display.
Xperia 1 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 also has 2 GB more RAM. Sony Xperia 1 has a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB, the Sony Xperia 1 also has more internal storage capacity.
The Sony Xperia 1 has a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has a worse 12 megapixels resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and pictures, a larger aperture and a way better (4K) video quality. The Galaxy M20 has a much better battery lifetime than Xperia 1, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
