Xperia 1 II has a global score of 91, which is much better than the Galaxy M20's 78.9 overall score. Both phones in our current comparison have Android operating system, but the Xperia 1 II has 11 version and Galaxy M20 has Android 10, so it offers lots of additional features. Xperia 1 II's construction is newer, just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Galaxy M20.
The Xperia 1 II counts with a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has more RAM. Sony Xperia 1 II counts with a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a lot more pixels per inch in the display, a lot better 1644 x 3840px resolution and a bit larger display.
