Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III is much better than Samsung Galaxy M20, getting a 93.3 score against 78.9. These phones have Android OS, but Xperia 1 III has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. Xperia 1 III's construction is much newer and a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy M20's, although it's a bit heavier.
The Xperia 1 III has a sharper screen than Galaxy M20, because it has way more pixels per inch in the screen, a little bigger display and a way better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels. The Sony Xperia 1 III features much more storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 1 TB and more internal storage capacity.
The Xperia 1 III has just a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xperia 1 III also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xperia 1 III shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has a back-facing camera with less mega-pixels resolution, it also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a lot higher (4K) video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture.
The Galaxy M20 has a bit superior battery life than Xperia 1 III, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4500mAh.
