The Xperia 1 III is much better than Samsung Galaxy M20, getting a 93.3 score against 78.9. These phones have Android OS, but Xperia 1 III has the newer 11 version while Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version. Xperia 1 III's construction is much newer and a little thinner than Samsung Galaxy M20's, although it's a bit heavier.
