The Galaxy M20 is just a bit better than the TCL 20 Pro 5G, with a 78.9 score against 76.1. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy M20 has older 10 version while TCL 20 Pro 5G has Android 11 version. Galaxy M20 is an notably older cellphone than TCL 20 Pro 5G, but Samsung made it just a little bit thinner and a little lighter anyway.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a bit better processor than Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the TCL 20 Pro 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. Galaxy M20 and TCL 20 Pro 5G have extremely similar displays, because although the TCL 20 Pro 5G has a just a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a quite larger screen.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a greater camera than Galaxy M20, because it has a way better 48 megapixels resolution camera in the back, a larger diafragm aperture for better low-light captures, a way higher 3840x2160 video quality and a lot larger camera sensor which gives a lot higher image and video quality.
TCL 20 Pro 5G has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M20, because it has 192 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Samsung Galaxy M20 counts with just a little better battery duration than TCL 20 Pro 5G, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
