Xiaomi 11T is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy M20, having an 85.3 score against 78.9. Xiaomi 11T is a a bit heavier phone than Samsung Galaxy M20, but both are equally thin. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi 11T has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy M20 has Android 10.
Xiaomi 11T has a bit sharper display than Galaxy M20, because although it has a quite worse screen density, it also counts with a bit larger screen and a bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
