Comparison review
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a general score of 84.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy M20's global score of 78.9. Even though Xiaomi 14 Ultra is notably newer than Galaxy M20, it is a little thicker and somewhat heavier. These phones come with Android operating system, but Xiaomi 14 Ultra has the newer 14 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, providing you some nice extra features and performance tweaks.
The Samsung Galaxy M20 has an extremely better CPU than Xiaomi 14 Ultra, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a way better looking screen than Galaxy M20, because it has a quite larger display, a better 1440 x 3200px resolution and a higher number of pixels per inch of display.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because it has a way better resolution back-facing camera, a bigger aperture, a larger sensor shooting better quality photographs and a much higher 7680x4320 video definition. Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy M20, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra's battery life is just as good as the battery duration in Galaxy M20.
