Xiaomi Mi A3 is a little bit better than the Galaxy M20, with a overall score of 79.2 against 78.9. These devices come with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi A3 has a more recent 11 version while Galaxy M20 has Android 10 version, providing you lots of additional features.
