Samsung Galaxy M21 is a bit better than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), having an 84.1 score against 77.4. Both devices in this review come with Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M21 has older 11 version while Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has Android 9.0 Pie version. Samsung Galaxy M21's body is newer than the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s, but it is a bit heavier and just a little thicker.

Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2)'s processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Galaxy M21, and although the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has more RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores. Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a display that's very similar to Galaxy M21's display, because although the Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280, a little bit smaller screen and a little less pixels per display inch, it also counts with a little bit more brightness.

The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2) features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M21, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Samsung Galaxy M21 features better battery lifetime than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 5000mAh.

Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with a lot better camera than Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M2), because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M21 also counts with a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality videos and pictures and a back camera with much more mega-pixels.
