The Samsung Galaxy M21 has an overall score of 84.1, which is slightly better than Huawei Mate 9 Pro's overall score of 78.7. Samsung Galaxy M21's body is a lot newer, but thicker and heavier than the Huawei Mate 9 Pro. These devices have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy M21 has the previous 11 version while Huawei Mate 9 Pro has Android 8.0 Oreo version.
