The Galaxy M21 has an overall score of 84.1, which is a little bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ's score of 81.2. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy M21 has the newer 11 version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10. Although the Galaxy M21 is newer than the LG V40 ThinQ, it's heavier and thicker.

LG V40 ThinQ features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy M21, and although they both have a display of the same size, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a better 1440 x 3120 resolution and a better screen density. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a way bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy M21, and although they both have the same internal memory, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.

LG V40 ThinQ has a bit better CPU than Galaxy M21, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a larger amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with a much longer battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh. The Galaxy M21 features a better camera than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 frames per second video frame rate and a lot smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing photographs and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Galaxy M21 also counts with a much larger camera sensor taking much higher quality videos and photos and a back facing camera with a much better 48 mega pixels resolution.
