Motorola razr (2020) is a little bit better than Galaxy M21, having a global score of 87 against 84.1. Both of these phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so both should provide you very similar OS features. Motorola razr (2020)'s construction is thinner but a little heavier than the Galaxy M21, and both were released with only a couple of months difference.
