The Galaxy M21 is a little bit better than the OnePlus 8 Pro, getting a general score of 84.1 against 77.2. Even though Galaxy M21 and the OnePlus 8 Pro were released only a couple months apart, the Galaxy M21 design is just a little lighter but also a little thicker. OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy M21, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a sharper screen than Galaxy M21, because it has a much brighter screen, a higher pixel number in each display inch, a higher resolution of 1440 x 3168 pixels and a little bigger display. OnePlus 8 Pro has a bit better camera than Galaxy M21, and although they both have a 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera and the same (4K) video resolution, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has faster 60 fps video frame rates, a way bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a bigger aperture to take better photos and video in low-light situations.
The Galaxy M21 features a better memory capacity to install applications and games than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M21 counts with improved battery performance than OnePlus 8 Pro, because it has a 33 percent larger battery size.
