Samsung Galaxy M21 is slightly better than Galaxy M30, with an 84.1 score against 82.4. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy M21 has an older 11 version while Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Samsung Galaxy M21 design is newer, but a little thicker and a little bit heavier than the Galaxy M30.
Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy M30, although it has 2 GB less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
