Galaxy M21 is just a bit better than the Xperia XZs, getting an 84.1 score against 77.2. Galaxy M21's design is a lot newer, but somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker than the Xperia XZs. The Samsung Galaxy M21 has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia XZs, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy M21 also has a higher number of cores (and also faster).
Galaxy M21 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Xperia XZs, because although it has a little lower pixel quantity in each display inch, it also counts with a larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution. Sony Xperia XZs has a better camera than Galaxy M21, although it has a lower (4K) video definition, a smaller sensor taking lower quality videos and pictures and a back facing camera with a way worse 19 megapixels resolution, they both have the same camera aperture.
The Galaxy M21 features much more storage to install games and applications than Xperia XZs, because it has 64 GB internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB. Galaxy M21 has a very superior battery life than Xperia XZs, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity instead of 2900mAh.
