The Samsung Galaxy M21 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark, getting a score of 84.1 against 80.4. Samsung Galaxy M21 is a newer cellphone, and it is also just a bit lighter and a little bit thinner than the Xiaomi Black Shark. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy M21 has the previous 11 version while Xiaomi Black Shark has Android 9.0 Pie version.
