Galaxy M21 has an overall score of 84.1, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi A3's global score of 79.2. Both devices in this review include the same Android 11 OS. Despite being the best in this comparison review, the Galaxy M21 is a just a bit thicker and just a bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi A3.
The Samsung Galaxy M21 has a sharper display than Xiaomi Mi A3, because it has a little bit larger screen, a way higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a higher amount of pixels per inch in the screen.
